The presentation will feature Mahutodji Jimmy Vital Kodo, Special Advisor to the President, Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA.

Technical Advisor to the President
Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA. 

Mr. Kodo is an Attorney at Law from France. For the last two years he has been the technical advisor to the President of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of the Organization for Harmonization of Business Law in Africa. He has published extensively on the OHADA, included the first comprehensive case law study on OHADA law since its establishment in 1993.
