Since 2016, Olivia S. Choe has served as a Trial Attorney in the Division of Enforcement at the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Before joining the SEC, she was a federal prosecutor in the Southern District of Florida, where she prosecuted and tried sex trafficking, child exploitation, and violent crime cases. 

Ms. Choe was also a litigation associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston. She began her legal career as a law clerk, first to Judge John M. Walker, Jr., on the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and then to Judge Rya W. Zobel on the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
