Post-Dobbs is Not a Pre-Roe World: Understanding the Legal and Health Implications
Please join us for a discussion about the legal and health implications of the Supreme Court’s recent decision, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade, and Planned Parenthood v. Casey. We will discuss the many legal questions this decision raises as well as its impact on the delivery of health care, patient needs, and society as a whole. We will also discuss how different the landscape looks post-Dobbs compared to pre-Roe. The discussion will be forward-looking and will not focus on the legal merits of Dobbs.
