Sean D. Murphy, Manatt/Ahn Professor of International Law, spoke to a meeting of Legal Advisers of Foreign Ministries at the United Nations on October 22 about his work at the U.N. International Law Commission on the drafting of a new convention for the prevention and punishment of crimes against humanity. The meeting was part of the annual "International Law Week" in New York that takes place under the auspices of the Sixth (Legal) Committee of the U.N. General Assembly.
