S. Jennifer Panahi is an Associate at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP in the energy practice group where she advises electric and natural gas clients on transactional and regulatory matters. Ms. Panahi earned her JD from the George Washington University Law School in 2018 and her BA from Texas A&M University in 2012. Prior to joining Troutman, Ms. Panahi worked as an associate attorney at a DC-area law firm, primarily representing natural gas and oil
producers in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and federal courts. Prior to that, she spent two years serving as an attorney advisor to FERC administrative law judges. Ms. Panahi currently lives in Washington, DC.
