Tara L. Ward

Tara L. Ward, a partner at Wiley Rein LLP, counsels and represents government contractors and subcontractors on a broad range of government contracting issues, with a particular emphasis on bid protest and contract dispute litigation.

Her practice also focuses on small business procurements, teaming agreements and other subcontracting issues, commercial item contracting, domestic preference policies and regulations, and compliance with government investigations and procurement integrity laws.

From 2010 to 2011, Ms. Ward served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams on the US Court of Federal Claims.

Ms. Ward is the Editor-in-Chief of The Public Contract Law Journal, a Vice-Chair of the ABA’s Section of Public Contract Law Bid Protest Committee, and a member of the Contract Claims and Disputes Resolution and the Commercial Products & Services Committees.
