Thomas J. Simeone is a trial attorney and managing partner of the firm of Simeone & Miller, LLP, where he handles a caseload of sophisticated personal injury, family law and commercial litigation matters. He was formerly a litigation associate at Shaw, Pittman, Potts & Trowbridge (now Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman) where he worked on securities law, commercial litigation, and energy law cases. Prior to law school, Mr. Simeone worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers), where his clients included The World Bank, The National Gallery of Art, and USA Today.

Mr. Simeone graduated from Columbia Law School in 1991, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in each of his three years. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court.
