On the Hill: Professor Hammond Testifies on New Energy Report

Last week, Professor Emily Hammond testified before the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Energy and Power about the Department of Energy's "Quadrennial Energy Review." As part of her testimony, Professor Hammond urged the committee members to consider the relationship between energy and the environment as the country seeks a uniform energy policy, noting that failure to integrate the two has created problems in electric grid reliability, public health, and the environment.
