"Google avoids break up, but has to give up exclusive search deals in antitrust trial"

TechCrunch quoted Bill Kovacic on how Google’s monopoly cases have “inspired a big debate about whether Europeans with the Digital Markets Act have it right- That is, do you need descriptive rules, or do you rely on the technical case-by-case adjudication?”  and his prediction that this decision will see appeals and likely not be over until 2027 or 2028.
