Anne Finken

Ms. Finken is the Assistant General Counsel for Clean Energy Demonstrations at the Department of Energy. She has also served as the Deputy Assistant General Counsel for Environment at the Department of Energy. Prior to working at the Department of Energy, Ms. Finken was an associate at Beveridge & Diamond in Washington, DC and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Irma S. Raker of the Maryland Court of Appeals. She received her BA in chemistry from Goucher College, her MS in Natural Resources and Environment from the University of Michigan, and her JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
