Dean Dinwoodey Center for Intellectual Property Studies
The Dean Dinwoodey Center for Intellectual Property Studies, co-directed by Professors Martin J. Adelman and Robert Brauneis and Associate Dean John Whealan, sponsors research and activities on a broad range of intellectual property issues. The center is funded in part by the Bureau of National Affairs in memory of its founder, Dean Dinwoodey, JD '29. The center's work focuses on both international and domestic issues, and students at GW Law are encouraged to initiate and participate in its regional studies, domestic patent reform efforts, and other projects.
