Barry M. Nudelman is an attorney, author, and educator specializing in the areas of tax planning, estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, business and succession planning, advises families and individuals on the preservation and transfer of wealth and the taxes (income, estate, gift and generation skipping) which impact on these transactions. A frequent lecturer in professional continuing education programs, including the Maryland Institute of Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, and a speaker at public forums on the topic of estate planning, he is a member of the American Law Institute, the Maryland State Bar Association, where he was the chair of the Taxation Section, the Montgomery County Bar Association, where he was the chair of both the Tax Section and the Estates and Trusts Section, the D.C. Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Nudelman is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
