Benedetta Audia has worked for multilateral organizations since 2005 and is currently employed by a multilateral organization as Corporate Legal Advisor, where Ms. Audia heads the commercial and institutional law practice. Prior to joining multilateral organizations, she worked as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Department of the top Italian law firm Gianni & Origoni, being involved in numerous domestic and international transactions. Ms. Audia is also an Adjunct Professor of International Contracting at Fordham Law School. She holds a Juris Doctor degree in Public International Law and two Masters Degrees (in Corporate Law and Legal Advanced World Studies) from LUISS Guido Carli University. Ms. Audia co-authored two books, one on the legal aspects of blockchain and one on global lessons from the COVID-19 pandemic.
