What will happen to Berkshire Hathaway when Warren Buffett is no longer around? In his new book, Berkshire Beyond Buffett: The Enduring Value of Values, Professor Lawrence A. Cunningham draws a comprehensive portrait of the conglomerate's distinct culture to argue that Berkshire will not only survive, but thrive. This book discussion recounted the histories and business model of each Berkshire subsidiary to unearth the values that unite them and assure their indefinite prosperity.
