Cole R. Fox

Cole Fox is an associate attorney in the Business & Transactions practice group at PilieroMazza PLLC. In this role, he works with clients on the complexities of business law, including matters involving mergers and acquisitions, secured and structured financing, entity formation, operations, and corporate governance.

Prior to working at PilieroMazza, Mr. Fox graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the George Washington Journal of Energy & Environmental Law. His note “Clicking Toward Extinction: How COVID-19 Has Accelerated the Need to Regulate and Reduce the Plastic E-Commerce Waste Destroying Our Planet” was published in the Winter 2023 edition of the Journal. Mr. Fox is also a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz.

In his free time, Mr. Fox enjoys running, watching soccer, and finding the best restaurants DC has to offer.
