Please join the James F. Humpreys Complex Litigation Center as they host the "Complex Litigation Forum 2022".

This year's conference will highlight the impact of outsized MDL dockets such as 3M Ear-plug Litigation, as well as the now-emerging litigation management tactic of filing for bankruptcy. These developments affect filed cases, other MDLs engaged in settlement negotiations, and firms' case screening procedures.
