David K. Cohen

David Cohen has over 20 years experience practicing international law and litigation as a partner in Clifford Chance in London and, before that, as an associate with Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York. He is both a member of the New York bar and an English solicitor and advocate. Mr. Cohen has taught in law schools in the U.S. and U.K., including courses in international litigation, and contracts and civil procedure. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute.
