David Philip Yaffe

David Philip Yaffe has spent thirty-two years in private practice in Washington, DC. He spent eighteen years with what is now the firm of Duncan & Allen focusing on energy law, international finance and estate planning matters. Since 1996, Mr. Yaffe has been a member of the firm of VanNess Feldman, P.C. focusing primarily on regulation, litigation and contract matters involving energy law. His principal representations involve participants in the electric utility industry and wind energy development. Mr. Yaffe is also involved with several non-profit organizations of regional and national scope.
