The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) recently announced the appointment of Andrew Satten as Chief Administrative Law Judge, signaling a significant milestone in his career and an important leadership transition within the organization. The announcement was made via a tweet from Willie Phillips, Charmain of FERC. 

Satten graduated from GW Law in 2011, where he notably served as Senior Managing Editor of the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law.

FERC's decision to appoint Satten to such a crucial position underscores his proven capabilities, dedication, and expertise in administrative law and energy regulation.
