GW Law Alum Nudrat Piracha Wins Award for International Arbitration Work

The award was granted by the Women in Law Initiative in Pakistan, which works to advance opportunities for women lawyers in Pakistan, the Ministry of Law and Justice Pakistan, Group Development, Pakistan, and was supported by the Australian High Commission and the British High Commission. Nudrat recently published her SJD dissertation in the book - Toward Uniformly Accepted Principles for Interpreting MFN Clauses: Striking a Balance - published by Wolters Kluwer (2021).
