On the Hill: Professor Glicksman Testifies on Ozone Pollution

Robert Glicksman, J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Professor of Environmental Law, testified on Capitol Hill about the Environmental Protection Agency's pending proposal to strengthen air quality standards for ozone.
