Imran Zaidi is an Appellate Litigator in the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice. He has represented the federal government before the Supreme Court and every federal court of appeals and has filed over 100 briefs and presented dozens of oral arguments. 

Mr. Zaidi's work has covered a broad range of areas including constitutional law, administrative law, employment law, torts law, and immigration law. 

He has handled high-profile matters concerning the assertion of executive privilege, the constitutionality of federal statutes, the treatment of minors held in immigration detention facilities, and the scope of same-sex marriage rights.
