Kevin Gingras is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Litigation, Compliance, International, and Government Affairs at Lockheed Martin. He is the Corporation's chief litigation counsel and is responsible for its high-exposure lawsuits and disputes, including False Claims Act and related matters, complex commercial and product liability litigation, class actions, bid protests, and administrative proceedings. Mr. Gingras also oversees and conducts high-stakes, privileged internal investigations; leads and coordinates the Corporation’s response to government investigations; and oversees the Corporation’s compliance efforts in anti-corruption compliance, Federal Acquisition Regulations reporting, lobbying disclosures, campaign finance regulations, and government ethics requirements, among other areas. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Gingras served for 13 years in multiple roles as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice, where he investigated and prosecuted individuals and corporations for complex white-collar crimes and handled some of the Department's most sensitive matters in counterterrorism and national security. He received the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Furthering the Interests of U.S. National Security and was a three-time recipient of the Criminal Division’s Award for Distinguished Service. Mr. Gingras also served at the FBI as Special Counsel to the Director and as the FBI's Deputy Chief of Staff. Before joining DOJ, he clerked for Judge Mary Beck Briscoe on the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Chief Judge Rudolph T. Randa of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Mr. Gingras has previously taught on the adjunct faculties at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and the Department of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame.
