Kevin Gingras is Vice President and the Chief Compliance Counsel at Lockheed Martin. He heads the Corporation’s compliance and regulatory programs in international trade, anti-corruption, FAR mandatory disclosure reporting, lobbying and campaign finance, among other areas, while overseeing and conducting privileged internal investigations and leading the Corporation’s response to government investigations. He previously held other roles at the Corporation, including chief litigation counsel, general counsel for Lockheed Martin International, and chief privacy officer.

Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, Mr. Gingras served for 13 years in multiple roles as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice, where he investigated and prosecuted individuals and corporations for complex white-collar crimes and handled some of the Department's most sensitive matters in counterterrorism and national security. He received the Attorney General’s Award for Excellence in Furthering the Interests of U.S. National Security and was a three-time recipient of the Criminal Division’s Award for Distinguished Service. Mr. Gingras also served at the FBI as Special Counsel to the Director and as the FBI's Deputy Chief of Staff.

Before joining DOJ, he clerked for judges on the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Mr. Gingras has previously taught on the adjunct faculties at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and the Department of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame.
