Lance D. Wood is assistant chief counsel of the Environmental Law and Regulatory Programs of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His responsibilities include the Corps’ regulatory program under the Clean Water Act, the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899, and the Ocean Dumping Act, as well as Corps compliance with environmental laws.
