NASA and Faculty Experts Discuss the Future of Space Law

GW Space Law Society hosted a panel of GW Law faculty and NASA experts to discuss the present and future of the final legal frontier. Henry Hertzfeld, Director of the Elliott School of International Affairs Space Policy Institute; Lin Harmon-Walker, Interim Director of the Environmental and Energy Law Program; Eve Lyon, Senior Attorney at NASA; and David Lopez, Attorney-Adviser for International Law at NASA, brought perspectives from economics, environmental, government procurement, and international law.
