Professors Weigh In on Hobby Lobby Case

On March 24, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores and Conestoga Wood Specialties Corp. v. Sebelius, two highly anticipated cases dealing with the intersection of the Affordable Care Act and religious freedom. Several GW Law faculty members have closely followed and commented on the cases, including Ira Lupu, F.
