Faculty/Staff Profile Page Update Form

Thank you for sending us your faculty/staff updates and welcome if you are new to GW Law! Please fill out the following form to send us your information to update, add, or create a new profile page on our website. Profile page updates may take up to 1-10 business days unless told otherwise.

When your updates or new profile page has been completed and published you will receive an email to review the edits and give final approval. Note: Not all fields need to be filled out on this form, but fill out everything that applies to your updates. Please make sure all necessary information is provided in the form.

**Full-Time Faculty Only: Email your publications list to Nicole Harris at [email protected] in the Library to have your Faculty Bibliography webpage created or updated.

Please allow 1-10 business days for your profile page to be updated.

If you are submitting edits for other faculty/staff members please provide your name in this field. You will be the contact person for all edits.

Please paste the URL to the profile page you would like edited along with any edits needed on your page. Describe your edits in this field. For your new Profile Page, please provide the following information exactly how you would like it displayed:
  • Full Name
  • Title
  • Department (Ex: Government Procurement, Health Law)
  • GW Law email
  • Phone (Indicate if it is Office or Mobile)
  • Biography (Required to publish page)
  • Education with degrees in chronological order (Example Format: BA, Boston College; JD, Yale University).
  • If you are a brand new incoming faculty/staff member please provide your start date

Adjunct, Full-Time, Dean, Librarian, Emeriti, Visiting Faculty, etc. We can usually tell by official titles, but this helps us place you in the correct location on the website.

A vertical high-resolution photo is preferred. If you do not have a vertical headshot, we can crop any high-resolution photo. If your photo is too small, we will let you know we need a new photo and will hold on uploading it to your profile page until we receive a new headshot.
