Calsy M. Hartman

Calsy M. Hartman is an associate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP. Ms. Hartman's practice involves a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, with focuses on private equity mergers and acquisitions and growth equity transactions. Ms. Hartman assists clients in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, media and business services.

While in law school, Ms. Hartman was the Executive Notes Editor of the George Washington International Law Review and a merit-based endowed scholarship recipient. Ms. Hartman additionally held extern positions with Commissioner Kristin N. Johnson of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in the Complex Financial Instruments Unit, and the Honorable Margaret A.
