Previewing the Supreme Court's October Term 2017

A distinguished panel of legal experts will discuss the cases on the docket for the Supreme Court’s October Term 2017. This includes President Trump’s travel ban; partisan gerrymandering; the limits on states’ ability to maintain voter rolls; mandatory employee arbitration; religious objections to providing services for same-sex weddings; immigration; the Alien Tort Statute; and patents. The panel will also examine how the court may rule now that it is back to nine justices.
