Robin Chand is a member of the adjunct faculty at the George Washington University Law School, where he teaches legal research and writing and fundamentals of U.S. law. During his time as a member of the faculty, Mr. Chand has also served as a Senior Counsel at the United States House of Representatives, where he was Impeachment Counsel to a senior member of the House Judiciary Committee during the Impeachment of President Donald Trump. After law school, Mr. Chand clerked for both the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, between which he served as a Legal Fellow on the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. After his clerkships, Mr. Chand entered private practice and has also prosecuted criminal trials to verdict, as part of his service to the Los Angeles City Attorney. Thereafter, he served as a legal fellow with the Office of United States Senator Barbara Boxer. Mr. Chand has been teaching at GW Law since 2018.
