Ronald Joseph Borro has been engaged in the practice of law for more than 30 years. He served as a member of the Navy Judge Advocate General Corps where he concentrated in environmental, real estate, and administrative law. After 21 years of active duty, Mr. Borro transitioned to the Navy’s Office of the General Counsel, where he served in a civilian capacity as legal counsel to the Secretary of the Navy on all aspects of environmental, energy, and real estate law. Currently, Mr. Borro is the Associate General Counsel for Litigation within the Department of the Navy. He has overall responsibility for civil litigation involving environmental, energy, real estate, government contracts, civilian personnel, and constitutional matters.
