Sean S. Park is a Deputy Unit Chief at the U.S. Department of Justice, National Security Division, Office of Intelligence. The Department of Justice bears the responsibility of overseeing the foreign intelligence, counterintelligence, and other national security activities of the U.S. Intelligence Community. As a Department of Justice official, he provides guidance to members of the U.S. Intelligence Community regarding interpretation and application of governing authorities. 

Mr. Park is also a Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Judge Advocate officer. His previous Reserve and Active Duty assignments include Assistant Professor, Department of Law, U.S. Military Academy at West Point; Deputy Commander, 13th Legal Operations Detachment (Expert); Deputy Legal Counsel, Office of Legal Counsel, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon; Senior Defense Counsel, U.S. Army Trial Defense Service, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan; Branch Chief, U.S. Army Defense Appellate Division; Commissioner, U.S. Army Court of Criminal Appeals; Senior Trial Counsel, Eighth U.S. Army, Yongsan Garrison, Republic of Korea; and International Affairs Attorney, U.S. Forces-Korea, Republic of Korea. 

Mr. Park graduated from Haverford College with a Bachelor of Arts; Temple University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate; and the U.S. Army War College with a Master of Strategic Studies as a Distinguished Graduate.
