Stanley G. Fendley teaches Lawyers, Lobbying and the Law, with William Farah. For 22 years Mr. Fendley directed public policy for Corning Incorporated in the areas of taxation, intellectual property, and telecommunications. Prior to his work with Corning, Mr. Fendley served as Tax Counsel to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan on the Senate Finance Committee, and previously as Tax Counsel to Senator Dale Bumpers (DAR) on the Senate Small Business Committee. While on Capitol Hill, he led legislative initiatives relating to employee benefits, technology incentives, and patient capital investment. Before his legal career, Mr. Fendley consulted with start-ups through the University of New Mexico’s Technology Innovation Program. Previously, he served as a Field Artillery officer and German Liaison officer with the 3rd U.S. Infantry Division in Germany.
