TSCA Reform: One Year Later

The Milken Institute SPH, the Environmental Law Institute, Environmental Defense Fund and Bergeson & Campbell, P.C., are co-sponsoring a day-long conference exploring the federal government’s implementation of the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21^st Century Act, which significantly amended the Toxic Substances Control Act. 

Legislators and other noted Washington chemical and environmental policy experts will discuss key components of the bipartisan legislation and provide an overview of the current state of implementation. Dean Lynn Goldman, who served as an assistant administrator for toxic substances in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from 1993 through 1998, and other experts will facilitate guided discussions by the participants during the afternoon.
