Mr. Atkins is a partner with the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling and is located in Washington, DC. In addition to his practice, he is the Editor of the PTAB Handbook, available at www.PTABHandbook.com and now in its Sixth Edition. He is also Co-Editor of the Patent Litigation Strategies Handbook, the newest edition of which will soon be published by the American Bar Association. He is a past President of the Bar Association of DC and is active in many other bar associations.
