Allen Green is a partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP and has been engaged in litigation and counseling on a wide range of international government contracting matters for thirty-eight years. He represents clients in international arbitration and court litigation, focusing on cases involving government parties. He counsels and represents clients before federal agencies concerning the U.S. government's regulation of exports, including, in particular, U.S. export controls, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") and trade embargoes. Mr. Green has testified before the Congress on FCPA amendments and has worked on all aspects of international government contracting over the years, including foreign military sales, direct "FMF" sales, and USAID contracts and regulations. He chaired the ABA Public Law Section's International Procurement Committee for three consecutive terms. Mr. Green is the author of International Government Contract Law, published by West. Chambers USA 2012 recognized Mr. Green as one of the nation's leading international arbitration practitioners.
