Amisha Rajni Patel

Amisha Patel is a Litigation Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. Ms. Patel graduated with honors from GW Law, where she was the Executive Managing Editor of The George Washington International Law Review, which published her Note, "India's Hijras: The Case for Transgender Rights." Her note received GWILR's Best Note Award for Volume 42. During her time in law school, Ms. Patel participated in the Immigration Clinic and received the Manuel and Ana María Benítez Award for Clinical Excellence in Immigration Law. Her current practice includes complex commercial litigation, antitrust, and intellectual property matters.
