Benjamin Mark Moss is a trial and appellate litigator. He specializes in citizenship disputes in the US district courts and judicial review of immigration orders before all eleven numbered geographical US Courts of Appeals. Mr. Moss also serves on the trial advocacy faculty of the National Advocacy Center at the University of South Carolina. He entered the US Department of Justice through the Attorney General's Honors Program, where he is a trial attorney in the Civil Division, Office of Immigration Litigation. Mr. Moss previously clerked for the Hon. Timothy D. Wing, an administrative law judge within the US Drug Enforcement Administration.
