Brittany Aldredge is an Attorney Advisor with the Federal Emergency Management Agency's Office of Chief Counsel within its Resilience Legal Division. Her general practice areas include emergency management, climate resilience, flood mitigation, and equity initiatives. Ms. Aldredge is also a certified ethics counselor with FEMA's Office of Chief Counsel. Prior to this position, she worked with FEMA's Office of Chief Counsel within the Federal Insurance and Fund Management Branch, providing legal support and guidance on the National Flood Insurance Program.

Prior to working with FEMA, Ms. Aldredge specialized in immigration law. She served a two-year clerkship with the Los Angeles immigration court through the U.S. Department of Justice's Honors Program and worked as an Assistant Chief Counsel with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Ms. Aldredge graduated with high honors from the George Washington University Law School and obtained her Master of Arts in International Affairs from the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs. Prior to obtaining her joint JD/MA, she graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs.
