Wed, 30 September, 2020 1:00pm

COVID-19 impacts the GW Law community profoundly, including how professors teach our students and practitioners adapt to changes in the legal profession. In this webinar series, our alumni relations staff will interview GW Law faculty about the impact of the pandemic in their areas of expertise.

Our September event will feature Paulina Vera, JD '15, Professorial Lecturer in Law, as she discusses how immigration law has been impacted by COVID-19. Ms. Vera will discuss her experience of providing legal representation to asylum seekers and respondents facing deportation in immigration court during the pandemic.
