Douglas J. Pepe is a co-founding partner at Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC in New York, where he practices in the field of complex commercial litigation. In addition to his active law practice, he is the co-founder and lead developer of a company that provides software and tools for tokenizing real-world assets on the blockchain.

Mr. Pepe is also the developer and inventor of a patent-pending blockchain voting system. He speaks and writes regularly on blockchain-related and other legal issues. Mr. Pepe is a member of the American Law Institute and a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
