As a former federal prosecutor who led large, complex fraud and corruption cases at the Department of Justice, Mr. Walther handles sensitive U.S. and multijurisdictional matters that could seriously impact a company’s health and reputation. He is an accomplished investigator and trial lawyer with significant experiences investigating and defending health care fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, securities fraud, False Claims Act, sanctions, and other financial fraud and corruption matters. Mr. Walther has been recognized as one of the top white-collar lawyers in the country by Chambers USA, Washingtonian magazine, The Legal 500, and Super Lawyers. He often defends companies and individuals that are facing criminal prosecution and civil liability from numerous government agencies and civil litigants in multiple countries. Mr. Walther has led fraud and corruption investigations in the United States and 30 other countries around the world.
