Mike Chajon is an intellectual property litigator at Perkins Coie LLP. Mr. Chajon focuses on district court patent litigation and USPTO patent proceedings, but also has extensive experience with trademark litigation in federal court and before the USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He is a GW Law alum who clerked for the Honorable Leonard Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Chajon has been in private practice since his clerkships, having spent time at Covington & Burling, Kelly IP, and Fish & Richardson. He has a degree in chemical engineering and worked for four years as an engineer in an oil refinery before going to law school.
