Join the International and Comparative Law Program as they host Miguel de Serpa Soares, United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and United Nations Legal Counsel, to give the Brand-Manatt lecture, "The United Nations and International Law–Reflections by the United Nations Legal Counsel."

Professor Sean Murphy, Manatt/Ahn Professor of International Law, will provide the introductory remarks.
