Sara J. Bayram

Sara M. Bayram was, until recently, a senior litigation counsel in the Office of Immigration Litigation, Civil Division, at the United States Department of Justice. There, she litigated immigration cases on behalf of the United States before the United States Courts of Appeals. She also assisted the Office of Solicitor General in litigating immigration cases before the Supreme Court.

Ms. Bayram has served as an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University Law School since fall 2022.
