Expert Perspective: The Ferguson Decision

Roger A. Fairfax, Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Public Engagement, spoke with GW Today to discuss the Grand Jury decision in Ferguson, Missouri on the highly-publicized death of Michael Brown. The jury found that state criminal charges should not be filed against police officer Darren Wilson, which sparked protests across the country.
