Jason Gerson

Jason Gerson is an attorney who focuses on the intersection of technology and the law. Having begun his career in data protection, he is part of Paul Weiss' AI legal practice group. Outside of the firm, Mr. Gerson serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at the George Washington University, where he advises students on developing technology law-related scholarship. Prior to Paul Weiss, he served as an AI legal counsel to Wells Fargo's Chief Data Officer and helped build a privacy-by-design startup. Mr. Gerson holds CIPP/US and CIPP/E certifications from the IAPP.
