Patrick Fang is a senior counsel and the Global Legal Lead for emerging technologies at Accenture, a Fortune 100 company and the largest technology consulting company in the world. Mr. Fang is responsible for overseeing and advising senior business leaders on legal risks relating to emerging technologies and for negotiating complex commercial transactions relating to Accenture's technology products and services.
He joined Accenture in 2015. Prior to joining Accenture, Mr. Fang was a senior associate at Bingham McCutchen in NYC, focusing on complex commercial litigation in its financial institutions practice.
He is an alumni of the 2020 Pathfinder program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Mr. Fang currently serves on the LCLD Alumni Executive Council, the board that oversees the 5000+ LCLD alumni community of senior attorneys across hundreds of organizations and law firms. He was also the 2022 Rick Palmore LCLD Alumni Award recipient, an award given to distinguished lawyers who exemplify and advance the missions and goals of diversity and inclusion in their workplace and communities.
Mr. Fang graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting degree and received a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
