Dean Juni then moved to Jones Day, where her practice involved a variety of domestic and international environmental issues, including claims for natural resource damages, appellate regulatory challenges, facility audits, property acquisition and development, toxic torts, environmental impact statement requirements, and expert witness management. Dean Juni taught at GW Law as an adjunct professor for 15 years during her work in government and private practice. Her writing has focused on public participation and dispute resolution processes, novel bases for tort claims, and nanotechnology governance.
