The State of International Arbitration in U.S. Courts

Join the International and Comparative Law Program for a conference that will explore where U.S. courts have come out on certain issues important to the field of international arbitration, including the enforcement of arbitration agreements, interim relief, judicial assistance in aid of discovery, enforcement of arbitration awards, sovereign immunity, and enforcement of annulled awards. Professor Steve Charnovitz will offer welcoming remarks. Two panels will be moderated by Chris Ryan, Partner, Shearman & Sterling; Professorial Lecturer in Law, The George Washington University Law School.
